About Roberta Giovannina
I began my career in the tourism industry over 25 years ago as employee of the Tourism Promotion Board of the Italian Riviera of the Flowers. After about 9 years of intense work I spent 15 years at Sanremo Promotion – the local DMC and Convention & Visitors Bureau – as General Manager. I then decided to work as an independent Event & Experience Designer, putting my extensive knowledge of the territory to good use.
Not just passion for my job, but also professional skills, and a deep knowledge of the tourism and meeting industry. I am a National licensed tourist guide and a Certified Meeting Professional.
Now I use my passion for my territory and many years of expertise, supported by a dedicated team, to design bespoke tours and unforgettable experiences for discerning travellers.

Sanremo Experience is an exclusive boutique consultancy organization offering and alternative concept of full-service event management and DMO services both for bespoke, immersive, and meaningful travel experiences and events for B2B, FIT and leisure in the Italian Riviera, and in the French Riviera thanks to the collaboration with local knowledgeable partners.
Sanremo Experience was founded in 2017 by Roberta Giovannina, Founder & CEO.
After about 20 years of intense work at the local Tourism Promotion Board and at the local Convention & Visitors Bureau – as General Manager, Roberta decided to work as an independent Event & Experience Designer, putting her extensive knowledge of the territory to good use. Strengthened by the years of experience and the good results achieved, Roberta continues to operate to the highest standards while remaining true to her original vision and philosophy, focused on excellence. Sustainability and authenticity are the core pillar of our business, together with creativity and good connections. The aim of Sanremo Experience is to co-create with our clients unique, sophisticated events with a personal, creative, and flexible approach.
